Privacy Policy

This page exists primarily to comply with data collection laws. Before starting my small digital trades operation, one of the first things I did was research relevant laws. One of these laws state that if a website collects personal data, the site owner must disclose how that data will be used.

What will I use your data for?

Will I sell your info to telemarketers? Or maybe sell it to Ad makers to give you "personalized" adverts that randomly show up? Absolutely not. There are only two purposes for which I will use any collected data:

1. Contact/Updates on your Commission: Texting you about the progress, your needs, and status updates on how things are coming together.

2. Marketing: This includes mentioning your name in a media post or listing your name on the reference list on the homepage of this site. It's important to note I only do this if you give explicit permission (i.e., I ask, and you either say yes or no).

This policy is to clearly state that I, Zane Hochstetler, WILL NOT use your information under any circumstances other than the two purposes above

The data collection methods on this site include commission forms via Google Docs, email requests, and any other means of collecting in the future, such as another forms service.
